Talent Hunting simply means to research one of the best among thousands of persons that can bring synergy to your current and future business ideas. 

It is important today or even ever because this talent actually brings higher in return for your investments, survival, growth, profitably, last but not least a competitive advantage. We all know that we are only fighting for our survival during the current crises. In this scenario, if you don't hunt the right talent then difficult to say whether we exist or not? It's your choice.

After ending up your research, think about how we can acknowledge and add value in their creative ideas as well as their skills. How we can move strategically for some mutual interests and benefits.
