Today, we discuss the effects of Covid-19 on businesses as well as on the current job market and the changing behaviors of business owners including every kind of public and private sector organization. The new most demanding opportunities will also be discussed alongside the businesses that went into profits during the quarantine.



No doubt that for the first time in history, the whole world regardless of anything went into the same crises due to Coronavirus. It is still unsure to say whether it was a reality or self-created political drama by the world,s renowned politicians mainly from superpower countries. Whatsoever, it has broken the wheel of the economy of most of the underdeveloped and developing countries, their businesses, trade, currency, and the overall job market.

On the other hand, it has created opportunities and demands to adapt the way of information communication technology ( ICT ). Because during that period, most of the traditional private sector businesses bring in losses and even shut down for an uncertain time period while the online businesses have got double in profit. This has increased the importance of E-commerce in all Over the world not only to survive but also to sustain in the current rising competitive market. Unemployment has been increased by 40% to 45% due to downsizing or losses in businesses.

It has also observed that the new hiring will be made on minimum wages with maximum job timings. The value of money has been increased over the value of our talent. You will be less rewarded in return for your maximum output; this is the dilemma. 

It has also increased the importance of the Freelancing field for unemployed skillful persons to work online while staying at home. We have seen that many Freelancing institutions and experienced Freelancers are taking advantage of this opportunity.

What would happen next is still uncertain, what we do is to utilize our time in acquiring new skills and to remain independent. It's we who can create opportunities for ourselves and for others through our self struggles.
